The Better Teams Model offers a clear, visual framework for understanding team dynamics. It helps teams identify their strengths and opportunities using a shared language.
The model focuses on five essential areas: Leadership, Aligned, Ready, Happy, and Trust. Trust is represented as the large, outer triangleâhighlighting that itâs built through strength in the other four areas.
Each area includes three core characteristics, making up a total of fifteen interconnected elements. These traits often influence one another. For example, when roles are unclear, team members may feel less engaged and less prepared to succeed.
TCA operates in cohorts - and there are 2-3 cohorts each year.

TCA is a combination of live virtual training and on-demand videos and downloadable PDF resources and tools.
Each module has a series of videos Lessons and supplemental materials. (There are 5 core modules and 2 bonus modules - about 12 hours of content.)
During the live virtual trainings and Mastermind calls you can ask any questions related to team building or your business. We are all there to support, encourage, and provide feedback to each other. Leigh Ann Rodgers will be on all the Live calls to personally answer questions.
