The Better Teams Model offers a clear, visual framework for understanding team dynamics. It helps teams identify their strengths and opportunities using a shared language.

The model focuses on five essential areas: Leadership, Aligned, Ready, Happy, and Trust. Trust is represented as the large, outer triangle—highlighting that it’s built through strength in the other four areas.

Each area includes three core characteristics, making up a total of fifteen interconnected elements. These traits often influence one another. For example, when roles are unclear, team members may feel less engaged and less prepared to succeed.

TCA is a combination of live virtual training and on-demand videos and downloadable PDF resources and tools.

Each module has a series of videos Lessons and supplemental materials.  (There are 5 core modules and 2 bonus modules - about 12 hours of content.)

During the live virtual trainings and Mastermind calls you can ask any questions related to team building or your business. We are all there to support, encourage, and provide feedback to each other.  Leigh Ann Rodgers will be on all the Live calls to personally answer questions.

As a graduate of the Team Consultant Academy (TCA), you can earn up to 20 CCES: 10 ICF-approved Core Competency credits plus 10 Resource credits by completing the TCA. These credits are beneficial for ICF Certified Coaches working to maintain their certifications.

To apply for credits, follow these steps:

1. Complete the Course: Finish the TCA course and participate in peer coaching sessions.
2. Submit the TCA-ICF Credits Form: Complete the form and return it to Better Teams for review.
3. Receive Your Certificate: Once your form and coursework are reviewed, you will receive a certificate indicating the number of credits you have earned. You can then submit this certificate to the ICF.
