Meet Your Trainer
Leigh Ann Rodgers, M.Ed., CPF, CVF has been designing and facilitating train for over 20 years. Training trainers and facilitators is one of her favorite things to do.
Leigh Ann began her career as a Corporate Trainer at SunTrust Bank (now Truist) and later opened up her own facilitation, training and coaching business, Better Teams.
Leigh Ann is both energetic and authentic. She will share her stories and meet you where you are. By the end of the training, you will feel like you are old friends with her and the entire class.

- Module 5 is a 3rd day - and there is an additional fee of $300 to participate

Each day, there will be three 90-minute training segments with two 60 minute breaks.
You will participate via Zoom - and we will use all of the Zoom tools including breakout rooms, annotation, and polling.
It is a very interactive course and you will need to have your video on for much of the course.
You will also need a computer, it will not be effective to take this class on a tablet or a smart phone.
Trainers and facilitators who want to turn their face-to-face training into engaging virtual courses (VILT). This would also be helpful for Instructional Designers looking for ideas to create engagement in virtual courses.
Because this is a small course (only 16 people), we do not refund your fee if you need to cancel; however, you can transfer your spot to someone else.
Everyone who registers and pays the course fee can bring one friend for free as long as you register by January 29.
We recommend you go ahead and sign up before the course fills. You can give use your friends name and email when you register. If you don't have a friend yet, you have one week to find a friend after you register. Just email us and let us know once you have someone.
One person needs to register, and then be reimbursed by their friend... or you can gift it to a friend if you choose. We are not able to split payments for you.
