The knowledge and tools you use directly correlate with the impact you have with teams. Learn how to assess teams using the Better Teams Model, including:
- What are the team strengths to celebrate and reinforce?
- What are the team's opportunities to improve?
- What opportunities excite and inspire the team to action?
You’ll learn what to look and listen for to identify the 15 characteristics of a Better Team.
2. How to Identify Interventions that Address Team Needs
Using your new knowledge of the Better Teams Model, you’ll be able to identify:
