Leigh Ann Rodgers, M.Ed., CPF, CVF has been designing and facilitating train for over 20 years. Training trainers and facilitators is one of her favorite things to do.
Leigh Ann began her career as a Corporate Trainer at SunTrust Bank (now Truist) and later opened up her own facilitation, training and coaching business, Better Teams.
Leigh Ann is both energetic and authentic. She will share her stories and meet you where you are. By the end of the training, you will feel like you are old friends with her and the entire class.

Each day, there will be three 90-minute training segments with two 60 minute breaks.
You will participate via Zoom - and we will use all of the Zoom tools including breakout rooms, annotation, and polling.
It is a very interactive course and you will need to have your video on for much of the course.
You will also need a computer, it will not be effective to take this class on a tablet or a smart phone.
Experience a variety of engagements and what it's like to have a strong Producer and Engineer supporting the Facilitator.
Trainers and facilitators who want to turn their face-to-face training into engaging virtual courses (VILT). This would also be helpful for Instructional Designers looking for ideas to create engagement in online courses.
The third day gives you a safe opportunity to practice and learn. So, if you are an experiential learner, we highly recommend you join us for the third day.
Everyone who comes for this Practice Session (at an additional fee of $300) will be given approximately 15 minutes to facilitate a section of your course. Then, you will receive valuable feedback.
You'll learn just as much from watching others as you will from your own facilitation.
We highly recommend this day because it pulls everything together and it such a powerful learning day.
To register for the Practice Day, just register for the 2-day and it will give you the option to add the 3rd day at checkout.
